In questi giorni l' " Italia scolastica" è alle prese con l'odiato-amato decreto 137/08 , ossia il decreto del ministro dell'Istruzione, dell'Università e della Ricerca Mariastella Gelmini .
Una domanda però sorge spontanea: chi di Voi ha veramente letto il decreto?
Ed inoltre: dl are sure that this really involves all Italian students already?

Article 1. Citizenship and the Constitution
1. Art. 2. Valutazione del comportamento degli studenti
1. Fermo restando quanto previsto dal decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 24 giugno 1998, n. 249, e successive modificazioni, in materia di diritti, doveri e sistema disciplinare degli studenti nelle scuole secondarie di primo e di secondo grado, in sede di scrutinio intermedio e finale viene valutato il comportamento di ogni studente durante tutto il periodo di permanenza nella sede scolastica , anche in relazione alla partecipazione alle attività ed agli interventi educativi realizzati dalle istituzioni scolastiche anche fuori della propria sede.

2. A decorrere dall'anno scolastico 2008/2009, la valutazione del comportamento e' espressa in decimi .

3. La votazione sul comportamento degli studenti, attribuita collegialmente dal consiglio di classe, concorre alla valutazione complessiva dello studente e determina, se inferiore a sei decimi, la non ammissione al successivo anno di corso o all'esame conclusivo del ciclo . Ferma l'applicazione della presente disposizione dall'inizio dell'anno scolastico di cui al comma 2, con decreto del Minister for Education, Universities and Research criteria are specified to correlate the specific gravity of the conduct and objective enough to vote, as well as' any mode of application of this Article.

Article 3. Evaluation of academic performance of students

3. Sono ammessi alla classe successiva , ovvero all'esame di Stato a conclusione del ciclo, gli studenti che hanno ottenuto un voto non inferiore a sei decimi in ciascuna disciplina o gruppo di discipline.
(La media del 6 oppure si ripete l'anno!)
4. Article 13, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 17 October 2005, No 226, and 'be deleted and Article 177 of Legislative Decree 16 April 1994, No 297, shall be amended as follows:
a) paragraphs 2, 5, 6 and 7, are repealed;

5. Con regolamento emanato ai sensi dell'articolo 17, comma 2, della legge 23 agosto 1988, n. 400, su proposta del Ministro dell'istruzione, dell'università e della ricerca, si provvede al coordinamento delle norme vigenti per la valutazione degli studenti e sono stabilite eventuali ulteriori modalità applicative del presente articolo.
Art. 4. Insegnante unico nella scuola primaria
1. Nell'ambito degli containment goals set out in Article 64 of Decree-Law of 25 June 2008, n. 112, ratified with amendments by Law 6 August 2008, No 133, in the regulations referred to in paragraph 4 and on 'further provided that educational institutions are entrusted to a single class teacher and operating time of twenty-four hours a week . In the regulations it takes account of needs related to household demand, a broader articulation of school time.

Article 5. Adoption of textbooks
1. Without prejudice to Article 15 of Decree-Law of 25 June 2008, n. 112, ratified with amendments by Law 6 August 2008, No 133, the relevant bodies of schools adopt textbooks for which the publisher makes a commitment to maintain the content in the five years, except for appendices may be necessary to make the update available separately. Save the recurrence of specific and justified reasons, the adoption of textbooks takes place every five years, in respect of the next five years. The head teacher ensures that 'the decisions of the faculty concerning the adoption of textbooks to be taken in compliance with regulations.

Article 6. Qualifying value of the degree in primary education sciences
1. The degree examination submitted at the conclusion of the courses in primary education sciences established under Article 3, paragraph 2 of Law November 19, 1990, No 341, including the evaluation of training activities provided by the relevant training course, has the value of the state examination and teaching ability, respectively, in kindergarten and primary school.
2. The provisions of paragraph 1 also applies to those who supported the final degree examination courses in primary education sciences in the period between the date of entry into force of the Law of 24 December 2007, n. 244, and the date of entry into force of this decree.

Section 7. Replacement of Article 2, paragraph 433, of Law December 24, 2007, No 244.
1. Paragraph 2 of Article 433 of Law December 24, 2007, No 244, and 'replaced by the following:
"433. The competition for access to specialized medical schools , referred to Legislative Decree 17 August 1999, No 368, as amended, be open to all graduates in medicine and chirurgia. Art. 8. Norme finali
1. Dall'attuazione del presente decreto non devono derivare nuovi o maggiori oneri a carico della finanza pubblica.

2. This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic and will be presented to both Houses for the conversion into law.
